The Reflection Wireless Telehealth solution Powered by AFrame Digital provides an FDA and FCC approved wireless device
that monitors a number of key health indicators through a simple "watch like" device worn on the patient’s wrist. Services range from remote health monitoring, personal health record management, secure system integration, case management tools and health plan oversight.

How the system works! Patients from their home or assisted living center have key health statistics reported automatically through devices such as the award winning personal monitoring device (watch form factor) from AFrame Digital Inc. or from a number of commercial off-the-shelf products that communicate information wirelessly. These devices report activity levels, fall down status (automatic or manually initiated), weight, glucose, blood pressure, Sp-O2, etc.
Health information is constantly reported to a designated personal health record system or electronic medical record system (such as the award winning AFrame Digital Patient Care Center®) or even a loved one’s PDA. Unhealthy trends are identified to health care providers and emergency service requests must be attended to and annotated within the system alarm audit and reporting structure.
A complete record of the patient’s health information is stored for viewing and future reference.
